Taste of Summer is Tasmania's premier summer festival. For eight days, Hobart’s waterfront transforms into a celebration of our finest food, drink, music and makers.

Taste your way through more than 85 stallholders, with live music and entertainment soundtracking the festivities. Explore masterclasses, pop-up dining experiences, and the return of our annual New Year’s bash under the stars.
